All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after final confirmation. Final pricing is confirmed via direct communication with our team.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding charges, defendant location, and co-signer identity. Certain conditions may require disclosure of prior history, payment limitations, or collateral.

Liability and Damages

QRF Bail Bonds is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party court, jail, or agency actions
• Failure to release due to outstanding warrants or holds
• Failure to disclose accurate or truthful information

Optional indemnification agreements and co-signer contracts may be required under Louisiana law.

Any physical or digital files related to your bond case may be stored securely. We will not disclose personal or financial information without a proper legal request or your consent.
